Our portable filters are the perfect compliment for any food service operation that has deep fat fryers without built in filtration. We make three tank sizes to serve most fryer installations. Each of the three sized machines use the same high quality 1/3rd HP Leeson "Turbo" motor. Also each of these machines will have the newly upgraded Haight 8 GPM "turbo" pump for improved efficiency. These products add valuable profitability to the operator's bottom line.
We have recently developed two additional sized tanks:
- ARM-60 - Tank measures 16" x 16", stands only 11" from the floor, and holds 60 pounds of hot oil (perfect for the 45# small fryers).
- ARM-90 - Tank measures 25" x 16", stands only 10 3/4" from the floor, and holds 90 pounds of hot cooking oil.
- ARM-120 - Tank measures 28" x 18", stands only 10 3/4" from the floor, and holds 120 pounds of hot cooking oil.
The Portable Oil Filtration Unit is designed to work best with Long Lasting Fabric Filters. These filters have been tested by over 14 regional and national food service concepts covering more than 1100 stores.
